Fitness is the key

I represented Paramount Boxing Club in my 6th fight on friday evening at Wythenshawe Forum. A brilliant night and delighted with my performance. Also great to see a Cuban team competing on the show as well. My boxing gives me the fitness, mental toughness and sharp reactions needed to compete in karting.
