Indikart Championships Round 2 on 10/3/19

A great day of testing Team Karting the day before the race. On race day the weather conditions were poor and I had a difficult qualification only making P11. Heat 1 was much better and I overtook well to gain P7. Heat 2 was another good race with me achieving P5 for the final. The weather conditions changed for the final and we raced on slicks and I felt confident for a podium finish. However the racing gods were not with me and I was clipped from behind at the first corner and spun off the track. This put me at the back of the field but I managed to overtake well and dragged myself back into the points by the end of the race. These setbacks only make me more determined. I am currently 8th in the championship but confident in finishing much higher by the end of the season.
